1/2-in. Blu-Lock pipe is the best solution for connecting sprinkler heads to sprinkler pipe. Its durable, flexible characteristics make it easy for you to position heads precisely at grade and then adjust them as the landscape changes and matures. It is available in both 12-in. pre-cut lengths, as well as coils. We recommend keeping a supply of 1/2-in. Blu-Lock on hand for gradual replacement of all your PVC and cut-off risers. 1/2-in. Blu-Lock pipe is only compatible with Blu-Lock fittings. If your system currently has black “funny pipe” or Orbit riser flex pipe, then buy the Blu-Lock x swing pipe barb adapter for easy transition between the two sizes of pipe. For non-constant pressure (valve-out) cold water outdoor irrigation only. Use PVC-Lock for constant pressure (valve-in) applications.
