le produit est agréable pour la manipulation, par contre la poignée s'est brisée parce que, trop fragile. C'est pourquoi je vous ai contacté pour un remplacement. Le produit devrait arrivé cette semaine la confirmation m'a été transmise. Merci

We have tried a lot of different hose nozzles.....it seems to be difficult to find one we like that is also decent quality. This nozzle seems to be the best, we like the design, the water has good strength on all the different settings and it is comfortable to use...And the manufacturer backs them up with a warranty.

The nozzle is a nice design, with the exception of the squeeze handle, which, I believe, is the same as the "Craftsman" branded unit that had its' squeeze handle break. This happened 14 months after purchase. This is disappointing, firstly, when any of my "Craftsman" branded tools broke, I would just walk in, and Sears would replace-NO Questions. It has taken 40-50 miles of driving, and multiple calls to Craftsman, and finally to Dewalt to get this resolved.
Between RONA+ here in South Windsor, CRAFTSMAN, and DEWALT, something MUST improve.
