Not at all satisfied with this hose

Not at all satisfied with this hose. It is difficult to manoeuvre and much more rigid than our previous hoses. Despite advertised as kink free it is not and needs to be stretched out to full operational length or it will twist in all manner of directions. We wish we had been offered one of the steel reinforced hoses that can handle the water pressure and are known to be light and maneuverable
