The Brass End Plug is used to easily and effectively stop water flow at the end of a mist system line that uses a Slip-Lok fitting. The end of a Slip-Lok fitting can be removed by compressing the ferule of the Slip-Lok against the fitting body and then pulling the end plug away from the fitting. The end plug is compatible with any 3/8 In. mist cooling system.

I recently set up my misting system in my greenhouse. I turned on the water and this piece shot out the end and I am not able to find the part among the plants or on the gravel floor . There were no instruction on how to use it. I cannot use the entire system until I can seal off the open end. Maybe if I buy the end part again the same thing will happen. Wonder if ther is another way to seal the end or M I just stuck with over $100 worth on materials and dozens of hours on the ladder on the greenhouse. The initial problem was that the tubing broke between 5 different connectors after it was hanging in place.
