4-Zone Battery Operated Controller

Excellent company with superior customer service!

I can not say enough good things about the Customer Service Department. I have used Orbit products for years ( I’m almost 80) . My battery operated sprinkler valve timer failed. I did not have my receipt, and was on the last months of my warranty. I did a video to show the problem. They replaced the whole unit. Can’t do better than that.

Perfect easy to operate and very effective great option when the only source of power is going under a 6 foot block wall followed by a 45 foot concrete driveway this would do just great

Warranty replacement. My last one the screen went out. Hopefully the design flaw is fixed with this new one. Great customer service and easy replacement.

I was not able to get it to work properly o actually purchased two of the units and orbit sent one at no charge none of them would work . I installed the selenoid in the valve yet the waterwould go through the valve . Yet when I put the selonoid in the valve the water stoped. I tried several time to contact orbit support with no help. I finally had to purchased an other unit with an electric time which works perfect . Or I as an issue with this product

I'm thankful for this product so I can have a zone on the other side of concrete where I have water but not the electrical wire to my main controller.

Works great. I have 3 stations set on it and no problems.

As I told the technician, before she insisted the problem was the controller, the problem was NOT the controller. However, I am using the new controller on a new system and it’s working fine.

The timer I had must have had a small crack in the screen and water penetrated it, but you guys were terrific and allowed me to get a new one under your warranty. Other than that, the timer had functioned flawlessly and is a great item. Thanks for the assist

I have three of these types of Contreras. Two have had issues making the timers window mess up. Not making any sense what it showed had to replace one prior to this one. I do the idea being able to have a timer on a water system not close to electric

Have used them for years. Quality, dependability and ez to use. I highly recommend the timer. It’s self contained battery a setting program make it very convenient!
