These drain valves work really well!! After 30 years I've had 2 brass drains go bad on me. I replace them with the orbit drain valves #51039. I can only hope they also will last for 30 years.
I used this Auto Drain Valves to keep my sprinkler lines clear of water in the winter. I haven't lost any sprinklers due to freeze damage in four years. Works Great!
