Customer service was good. But received the wrong parts. Now the parts are sold out. Can't use a system till all parts work. Still waiting for parts to be available for order and then wait for shipping. Otherwise I've ordered 7 of these and really like the performance.

Ordered a replacement part and they shipped the wrong Orbit product. I then called their parts department and they hung up over 5 times. I then called their customer service department and they picked up and Cruz who claimed to be the supervisor said he would handle it. 2 weeks later no part has been shipped and they have not issued a refund. This company is thieves/criminals. I have emailed their CEO without response, clearly he is disconnected from his companies criminal day to day operations.

wrong part was sent. customer service gave a refund but refused to ship the correct part - very pathetic service

I ordered 2 of the pictured items but the wrong items were sent. I called and tried to resolve this issue but the app that they had me download didn't work so I spend over an hour trying to send pictures of the wrong items through this app that didn't work. This issue still did not get resolved
