4 Port Complete Yard Watering Kit

Orbit is amazing. Reached out to ask if I could buy a timer controller as our 3..4 year unit died. They said no but shipped a whole kit with manifold and valves at no charge as they said the warranty was 6 years when I thought it was 1. Just amazing! Highly recommended.

I have been using this system for several years now. Last year I had to purchase replacement valves. My best option was to buy a complete kit, which includes the timer. This year, the up and down buttons of the timer no longer worked. I tried to purchase a new time but the only option available was to purchase a new kit again.
I contacted Orbit and explained my issue. The agent was fully understanding and send me a replacement kit, which included the times.
I was pleasantly surprised with their decision to send me a kit. I would continue using their product it only for their excellent customer service.
PS, their irrigation system is pretty good, also.
