Great product, working fine

Orbit sprinkler quit oscillating would not oscillate after I took it out of the garage after winter. Had a 2 year warranty on it so I called someone and it was replaced without any problems. I was very happy about how they took care of things and was able to talk to a human being and not get sent from one place to another and tell them my story over and over. Very pleased with how things were taken care of.

This sprinkler has given me nothing but problems every time I hit one ,, called in to warranty and they sent me 2 new ones and guess what they worked for about 15-30 min and then stayed stuck in one position . Called warranty back and they told me they they had already been warranted and couldn’t warranty them again even tho they had just sent them to me . Would not recommend these sprinklers
