Hopefully this isn’t supposed to be public but you didn’t actually follow up other than a review.
First off, the warranty process was smooth and easy so you get an extra star for that. However, the original watering wand I purchased from Lowe’s was not an option and I had to pick something I hadn’t tried before. The x steam was nice at first but after a few weeks of use it already leaks. Some setting it leaks badly. It even leaks when I close the value so I have to shut it off at the outlet.
I haven’t used the extending feature as I got it to water and not clean but that’s mainly an issue because it’s not my original product.
One of the weirdest parts of this replacement is the foam handle appears to be impregnated with something or made of something that bugs like to eat. They are destroying it and I have to clean them off to water. Now the black powder is getting on my hands.
Im grateful there was a warranty but all around it’s more frustrating than if they just replaced the original one.
Maybe this one is a dud, who knows but good luck if this goes lives.
