It was a replacement to a defective sprinkler I bought. It was the wrong head but was told they didn’t make the sprinkler head I bought. What a sham.
The first photo is the head I bought and was defective. The second one is a poor substitute. Don't understand how you can warrant your product without having the proper replacement when something goes wrong. Again, what a sham.

I actually haven't used it yet because I had bought 3 of them, and I only have 2 outlets for irrigation so haven't tried the one that was sent because I did still have 2 that were working , but knowing that Orbit was willing to trust me with the description I gave of that one was not working properly and replaced it, I know what brand to buy when I do need other sprinkler replacements or parts The woman who helped me was very understanding and trusted that I told her the truth (which I did) Thank you!!
Love it for a very large yard. Had an issue and it was promptly replaced. Great company!
I had a problem with the sprinkler purchased on Amazon. I called Orbit and they sent the replacement sprinkler head, and they shipped it within 3 days. Excellent customer service!
It worked well, but using the chatbot to achieve customer service objectives was cumbersome, to say the least. I’ll not be doing future business with Orbit as a result of the inability to converse with a human.
1/2 Sprinkler didn't fit on 3/4 base.

Orbit products are great. I had an issue with my sprinkler head and they took care of it right away.
4 of the 5 splinklers I purchased have fail. The head drops when the water goes off and it fails to rotate or won't pass any water at all. I've had to mess with them or replace them. They are not the quality I expected from Orbit

Needed replacement after less tha 12x use
Replacement head works great
It is not compatible with the Yard Enforcer, even though I spoke to a customer service person who assured me it was. When triggered on by the motion sensor, it does not go off. Plus it's a very wild spray, which I would bother figuring out how to control if it worked otherwise.

I bought a tripod sprinkler and timer for my hose about 2 years ago. I loved it but the top part of my sprinkler broke. Customer service was amazing. I received the replacement part in about a week. Very nice and helpful. Love the product and the customer service! Highly recommend.
The replacement was perfect.
The flip over limiting device does not work well at all. It is too long for my tripods and required bending with less than optimal results. Not happy with the heads.

the sprinkler head is great BUT I thought it would be a straight replacement inside the existing canister. It took a little work to get it going but it's fine now.
I really like the tripod sprinklers. Unfortunately the original head did not last. The replacement works great. Thank you

Purchased 2 impact sprinklers with tripods. Both worked well initially, but on the 2nd try one of the sprinklers would not return after partial rotation. It was replaced on warranty, and both are working well again.
