These nozzles keep breaking at the bottom of the handle where the hose connects to it! Cheaply made!
I have a 6-year warranty, although you guys only replace it once and call it done, even though they keep breaking! This issue really needs to be addressed and fixed! I do appreciate the second replacement, but after that, there’s no longer a warranty, even though you claim there’s a five-year warranty! Please explain!

It is very handy and easy to use.
It works good but would have liked it more it was metal
