Great support after failure! The inner rubber layer burst after minimal use. I had kept the hose in the garage for a couple years and only used it a few times. When I finally moved it to be the dedicated hose outside at my driveway spigot, it burst after just a couple uses. I reached out to support and they sent me a new one immediately.
The house is nice looking and works as expected. I think there are better functioning expanding hoses available but the support I received for this earned the fifth star.
I own a greenhouse and with all the watering we do this has been a great investment. I suggest these to all my customers!
So far the hose is holding up well. And I really like the sprayer that came with it.
Hose is not what was expected Quality is below average .original 100 ft hose used 2x developed a bubble Hose was housed in a cabinet Recieved a replacement recently Extremely difficult to get to manufacturer Warrentee Company was taken over by Orbit It was an accident that I found them to initiate a warre Claim I would never recommend this product from them and never from Amazon as Amazon could not get to this merchant Buyer beware !!

Love the Aeroflex hoses! Time will tell, but I hope they hold up well.
Huge improvement over previous versions
This not a good hose I have bought two and have had them burst open on three occasions. They are great at replacing them but they are not great hoses

This hose burst 2x. I’m on my third. It’s light and flexible, which is what I like but not very durable. I do not stretch or drag the hose and it just bursts. To their credit, Orbit replaced the hose under warranty but it still takes time to call and set it up etc.

It's very dependable and lightweight.
Like the lightness and it has been working fine. One thing though, do the manufacturing of the hose, I believe, it has a small ridge running the length that can be a little annoying to some.

So different from a traditional hose. Extremely light weight. Never kinks. Very easy to put back on a hose hanger.

I have purchased several types of light-weight garden hoses over the years, and this Orbit Aeroflex is definitely THE BEST hose I have ever bought! I've had a different type of Orbit hose (50'); one that is made of the same material, but not retractable, for several years and it has held up very well. I wanted a longer hose, and this 100 ft Aeroflex that retracts to 50' is great! The quality cannot be beat! It is very light-weight and easy to put away. I will probably never have to buy another hose, but if I do, it will be an Orbit product.
I appreciate you were able to replace my Craftsman Ecoflex hose which had developed a very leaky membrane puncture with the Aeroflex expanding garden hose ( I assume the Craftsman hoses are no longer available. I also hope you continue to honour the lifetime warranty Craftsman offered on their expensive, high pressure capable (500 psi) hoses. We very much like the Aeroflex replacement but are somewhat concerned that it’s 300 psi rating may present an issue in the future since our 2nd floor condo terrace in our 12 storey building has a very strong water flow at the tap.
The Aeroflex looks well made, has the benefit of puncture replacement, flexible, light weight and easy to manage. Its outer material is comfortable to hold and it folds up easily. We never leave or have left any of our hoses pressurized when finished watering so the ease of putting it away is important to us and in this it excels. It is, in most ways a truly premium product ( I would prefer it to have a 500 psi rating but can adjust our water pressure flow accordingly).

Hose seems quite durable and has no leaks, so far. Time will tell, as with all expanding hoses.
it was a replacement hose, within the 5 year warranty, CS just took care of it and sent the replacement right out, really like it have 2 50ft too
Over the past 3 years I’ve gone through almost one garden hose a year. The light weight fabric hoses are great at first. But they don’t last as they get punctured easily. With this current hose, I’m looking forward to years of use. The option to repair the leak is a great feature.

Product blows hole during light use in yard / washing the car.
It’s light, expands and contracts making it less bulky, I also like that it’s repairable if damage may accrue.
