OMG

On hold 12 times over 90 minutes, and this system still does not work. An electrician checked out our working, and nothing was wrong.

It is an excellent timer I am very pleased with it. I have been working with the b hyve for sometime now. I haven’t been disappointed yet.
I wish you had an app for windows desktop computer, I do use my IOS phone for now and it works perfectly fine,

Device didn’t work.

Customer support provided misinformation and couldn’t resolve technical, billing or shipping issues.

Unfortunately overall a very bad experience.

I generally avoid negative comments but this purchase was a arduous experience.

I think the device and company has capabilities and hope they resolve issues but this was a series of frustration
