No luck with this unit.

This is my second XR Smart timer and neither one has worked as described. I can run all 12 stations manually, but the timer will not allow me to run a program with all 12 stations running consecutively. Only 1 or 2 stations run for their set time, some run onlya fraction, and others don't run at all. I have been both on-line and on telephone with support, and I have no resolution to my problem. However, I am still trying to get my money's worth.

Replacement from Lightning Damage

I recently had a strong lightning strike hit my home damaging a number of electronics but the easiest to resolve was my B-hyve controller. The software had the option to copy all of the settings to the new controller and had me up and running quickly. Great support and products.
