So far so good. Replacement for an older Craftsman hose that cracked at the female collar. My original Craftsman hose had a life time warranty. Orbit replaced it under warranty. The folks at orbit are kind, supportive, and professional.
Nice hose, I like that its not stiff or super heavy. Its supposed to last a long time even inthe sun,
Not as good as the solid rubber one I bought that failed and was guaranteed for life. The replacement is lighter and not the quality of my original guaranteed for life hose. Very disappointing!

These hoses feel like they’re made with solid, good-quality materials and have performed well so far. It’s only been about a week of use, so I’m hoping they hold up over time, especially through a few full summer seasons.
That said, it would be great if there were a longer window to leave reviews. It’s hard to give a truly accurate assessment of durability after such a short period. Looking forward to seeing how they perform long-term..

I don’t like how it rolls back it twists and makes it hard to put away.
Nice features. Easier to manage than the heavy rubber. Durability remain to be seen. Thanks for the warranty replacement

Good hose but if you accidentally drop the hose from 2 foot off the ground on to the driveway the handle part on the hose breaks and won't stay in place ever again. Won't be buying a Craftsman hose again.
That plastic weird handle fitting is a pain to keep in place while watering it should be stationary and not keep falling off I've given the hose to a neighbor
