I recently had to exchange a hose because the one I had purchased had a 25 year warranty and I had just bought it at the beginning of thesummer. I was a little bit nervous because I had to call the company in the United States and I’m from Canada so I wasn’t sure how it would work. But the customer service was second to none and it is such a pleasure to deal with people who actually care about their customers. I received. I received the new hose, but because I’m living in Canada, I won’t be able to use it until next spring because it’s too cold for me to turn my water on outside this time of year.
