This is my go to timer for more than a decade. Easy to set up and I love the manual switch that allows me to water on the spot. I have seven or eight Running at any time on my place. Their five year warranty is amazing and I’ve used it several times.
My old one stopped working while still under warranty and this one was sent as a replacement, it works way better!
After 4 years of using an Orbit hose timer, I began having trouble setting it for the start of the 2026 season. I phoned the Orbit number provided in the manual and spoke with a representative. The young lady was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product and walked me through several trouble shooting procedures. She had me send a photo of the Orbit product to her over the phone. After several unsuccessful attempts at resolving the issue, she walked me through the replacement process for the product. She was extremely patient and was able to replace the warranted product at no cost. I received the product and I am completely satisfied with this company and its products. Extremely easy to program and reliable. Saves me time and trouble rather than watering by hand! Also since I'm using a drip irrigation, it saves water by not wasting it.

I had an issue with my Orbit timer and called customer service. They sent me a link so that I could send in a picture of the timer and my receipt. They sent me another link that gave me the warranty information and I was able to receive a new one in the mail free of charge within a week. Very easy process. Much appreciated!

Thanks for sharing your review about the programming for one of our Hose Timers. This timer has a 'Rain Delay' feature that will allow for automatic watering to be paused. With the dial on 'Auto' press the +/- buttons to select a delay of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 72 hours. The screen will flash between the clock and hours remaining before your programmed cycle resumes, and you can remove the delay early by turning the dial to 'Off' and then back to 'Auto.' This replace was nice but all I really needed was a new rectangular o ring. Only tne prong broke. Thanks for replacing the whole thing.

I have 2 Model 56619 Orbit timers. One of them quit working this month. I called Orbit on April 13 and they offered to send a new one.Since my model was discontinued I was told to search for Model 62061Z and add to cart. The cost of the timer and shipping were free. I received my new timer April 18. Due to rainy weather I didn't set up my timer immediately. When I did set it up I noticed, that unlike my old timer, the time and start time didn't toggle back and forth. I also noticed that the timer they sent didn't match the Item number on the Packing L (Sales Order SO000480798 / Customer PO 273667). I received Orbit timer 62061N but the Packing List showed 62061Z. I called Orbit customer service and was told that the time I received was a discontinued model. She also said that all Orbit timers toggle between the time of day and next start time. I was told to remove the batteries or press Rest and re-input. I tried both and still the time of day and next start time doesn't work.
I appreciated getting a replacement timer. However getting a discontinued model that doesn't work properly is a bit frustrating.

Have 2 units working - 5+ year old failed recently. Orbit says 6 year warranty on this timer - contacted them and a replacement was on the way next day. REALLY impressed!!!
