The replacement timers that you sent are perfect and working as they should, YAY!!
I want to thank your customer service gentleman again, Aaron probably thought I was crazy explaining the difficulty I had with the previous timers, I had tried every thing possible changing locations, timing, resetting, and all the troubleshooting to no avail, Aaron sent me the replacements. I hooked them up and now with the cooler weather change the timing to every three days so it took me a minute to reply however they are working perfectly as they should. I had had three additional timers that were three years old working just fine and I love your product, hence why I bought two additional’s of the same. Again, thank you you to Aaron for his great service and patience.
