NOTE: The valve is designed to operate continuously at up to 80 PSI for individual zone control. However, the vacuum breaker (anti-siphon) component should not be pressurized for more than 12 hours per day—extended pressure can cause the seal to stick to the seat, preventing the atmospheric vent from breaking the vacuum when needed. This valve is designed for scheduled zone control with regular on/off cycles, not as a continuously pressurized main line valve.
