Love this unit. This was a replacement for for the same one that died and had new one back up in running within 10 min. It transferred all the original settings.
Its very rare to find a company that stands behind their product as Orbit has in this case. My controller stopped connecting to the app. Would not connect to my WiFi. They sent a new unit. I'm pretty sure my unit was about 15 years old. It was still running the programs and I could change them manually, but when you have a big property, its a pain to keep running back and forth to the controller to troubleshoot sprinkler heads or the drip system.
I had the new controller in about 4 days, up and back to normal in about an hour. Couldn't be happier! Outstanding Orbit, now go teach everyone else how its done.

This was a warranty replacement controller of the exact same one I had before. I’ve been very pleased with this controller as I can control it from my smart phone.
Though the first one died, the replacement process was the easiest I have ever been through. Once the physical box was replaced, not too hard, the software updated all the old programs! Excellent plus excellent service.
I had a little problem trying to get the controller to connect, but customer service helped me and I was able to get it connected quickly. Thenew controller works great.
