The hose I received was a replacement since the original hose developed a leak. Customer service was a great help in securing a replacement. CS was professional & very friendly. I received a replacement within a week.

Original hose started cracking by the end of thesprayer side. Sent him a picture of the damage and hose was promptly replaced. I would definitely recommend this company because of outstanding customer service.
This Orbit Polyfusion Garden Hose is a great water hose, it doesn't kink like other hoses. Great product !
Better quality than the fabric hose. Hopefully it will last much longer. Fabric hoses started bursting where the fabric wore out so quickly.
To much memory in the hose , still kinks, purchased a orbit spray nozzle even worse experience, both ends leaking and this on a new outside hydrant, I can’t tighten enough to get them to stop leaking, plus the squeeze handle will not turn off or on the water flow, so 80+ dollars and nothing but junk.

lightweight, easy to fit into hose reel box
This hose is good, the material is flexible and quality. I am happy with this item. I totally recommend it.
We love these hoses. They never kink up and are easy to manage
Light weight and flexibel makes it much easier to drag around my ridiculous garden. Unfortunately the old hose burst at the nozzle end because it would flex to the point of shutoff as I watered. Orbit honored the warranty and gave me a new hose for $5. I added a flex hose accessory sold for use at the hose bib to prevent kinking. I am using it at the other end to take the stress off the hose while I water. I hope this solves the problem.
The ends are very easy to use.

I bought an Orbit garden hose at Menards and was very impressed. I checked all summer but no orbits there so Inwent directly to you. It is a great product, flexible and durable.
Excellent hose, just heavy.
Like the rubbery flexibility of these hoses. They don't harden over time.
It seems durable, but right away it was prone to kinking. I am hoping with time that it will relax.

This is a good quality hose, the rubber is flexible but not as thick as the older style yellow hose Orbit used to sell at Tractor Supply
I just got these hoses, but they work to be well built an offer for lifetime guarantee so far so good
Very flexible hose that dose not Kink easily.
I haven't used it yet, because I bought new hoses before I thought to inquire about if the holy one could be replaced.
Looks good though, I'm sure it will work great for years.
Some brass companies are now plastic
