This has been a horrible hose! I purchased this hose originally in June of 2025 via Amazon and have had to replace it twice through Orbits warranty. Thankfully they have honored their warranty and that has been a simple process. This hose has been lightly used in our backyard for basic sporadic watering.

Nice hose, exactly what i wanted. It does kink but once it’s full of water it works perfectly.

This is a great hose. Very lightweight, seems well made.
I had an issue with my hose. Customer service handled it quickly and very professionally. Top notch service!! Replaced my hose without hesitation..
It is still white foamy chemical smelling water. Also, it looks like it has already developed a kink such a shame. I have used so many of these through the years and have not had a problem.

The hose I had bursted and when I went to file a warranty claim, it was not in stock so I had to upgrade and pay more money. I didn’t think that was fair thus this rating

Its new but so far, so good. BTW - I live on a farm and my water pressure is significantly higher than residential so I need the "heavy Duty" construction.

The old hose was great but bursted after several months, so that was disappointing g. That said, you stood by the product and sent a new one. I have used for 1 week. So far, so good. Hoping this one lasts for years and years.
Perfect for short length areas. No problems at this time with pin hole leaking.
