This sprinkler has given me nothing but problems every time I hit one ,, called in to warranty and they sent me 2 new ones and guess what they worked for about 15-30 min and then stayed stuck in one position . Called warranty back and they told me they they had already been warranted and couldn’t warranty them again even tho they had just sent them to me . Would not recommend these sprinklers

The first one I purchased had limited range. Orbit stood by their product and sent another. This one has the range I need. Thanks Orbit.
This was a replacement for a unit purchased at Lowes. The Lowes unit had a lifetime warranty whereas this replacement unit has a 5 year warranty so time will tell.
So far no problems with this unit
Does what it is supposed to do and does it well!

Great sprinkler. I had an issue with this model sprinkler getting stuck at one end of the sprinkler but Customer Service quickly replaced it. Normally it works very well. Great sprinkler and Customer Service!!

Worked fine for a short time, now just stays in one place and no movement. This is my 3rd sprinkler and none will keep operating. I will never buy another.

This one was a replacement Orbit sent me because the one I bought broke after only a couple times. These are cheap chinese just sprinklers. I don't know if I even want them to replace it again.

The oscillating sprinkler did not oscillate. This was a replacement for an orbit sprinkler I had purchased last fall. I use a sprinkler 2-3 times per week. These pricey products continue to fail. Frustrated and not a fan.

These irrigation times work so well. They are very easy to set and run. Very reliable.
Sprinkler is great. Orbit was awesome. Original one broke and they immediately replaced it with absolutely no charge!! You don’t get that level of customer care any more
