I had to order the arms and the tee because on the unit I had the nozzles blew out of the sprinkler arms. I contacted warranty service and spoke to them and sent a picture of the problem, but the person I spoke to did not seem to understand the issue. She told me to insert the arms back into the tee. I tried to explain that I had the arms and the tee.But it was the nozzlesthat blew out. So I ordered the nozzles and the tee.This should have been a warranty issue because I bought this traveling sprinkler last fall and this was the first time I had used it. I assumed the nozzles blew out because they were not properly crimpedin the tube.I was frustrated with this situation and decided to order the parts instead of dealing with a customer service that didn’t understand the problem. Since I could be new arms in I have been using the product and I am satisfied with it.I just was frustrating because I know this is something that you have been taken care of through a warranty issue.

Unfortunately, I have to give it one star. Our water pressure apparently is not strong enough to activate the traveling mechanism on the sprinkler. We will be returning it for that reason .. nothing wrong with the sprinkler we are so disappointed

New versions of what was wore out on my sprinkler. Same quality.
Shipping was timely. However, why can't a customer just order the "T" replacement part alone? Why do the spray tubes have to be purchased as well? All I needed was the "T".
The plastic tea should be made out of metal. The tractor itself is very heavy, and the plastic breaks very easily when the tractor is carried around.

Mine is the Yardman but all your parts and it work great!!! I even add four tiny holes in arms to give more watering get the best of all the sprinklers I have with water distribution with your design.
