The wand was a replacement for one that your representative insisted you didn’t make anymore (mine was about year old and leaking badly). Interestingly enough, I was in my local Lowe’s two days ago and saw a rack of the exact wand that I wanted/needed. Extremely disappointed that I was given the wrong information about your product line…by your staff. Because of that, I have a product that is too large and too cumbersome to water my plants. I now own something more suitable for cleaning gutters.

Hopefully this isn’t supposed to be public but you didn’t actually follow up other than a review.
First off, the warranty process was smooth and easy so you get an extra star for that. However, the original watering wand I purchased from Lowe’s was not an option and I had to pick something I hadn’t tried before. The x steam was nice at first but after a few weeks of use it already leaks. Some setting it leaks badly. It even leaks when I close the value so I have to shut it off at the outlet.
I haven’t used the extending feature as I got it to water and not clean but that’s mainly an issue because it’s not my original product.
One of the weirdest parts of this replacement is the foam handle appears to be impregnated with something or made of something that bugs like to eat. They are destroying it and I have to clean them off to water. Now the black powder is getting on my hands.
Im grateful there was a warranty but all around it’s more frustrating than if they just replaced the original one.
Maybe this one is a dud, who knows but good luck if this goes lives.

It wasn’t what I expected. It didn’t really clean out my gutters. I had to get on the ladder and remove the leaves and mud that was left behind. Now the gutters are clean it will probably be used to keep them clean.

Worked as I wanted it to, but I’m hoping it lasts over a year before leaking as the did.

This is a wonderful telescoping wand for watering those flower pots hung higher up. I've owned three of them and they are dependable and well-made. Service from Orbit has been very helpful as well. I highly recommend this wand

It seems big for me. I'd like to replace small one if available.
I had an issue with a watering wand leaking and needed an O ring. O ring was not available so Orbit replaced the whole wand. Very good customer service, very happy.
Very smooth operation and the feature that stands out is the ability to rotate greater than 180 degrees so we can water our hanging plants.

I like it, however when fully extended there is a water leak.
Wand worked great, until it didn’t. Lasted less than a year - basically part of last summer and fall. Fortunately it was replaced under warranty.

Good quality but a bit heavy for watering plants. Good for cleaning high spots eg. Gutter second floor windows or fences.
