They sent me a cheaper version of the product I was requesting replacement of due to leak around the nozzle head. The product I reported carry a warranty of lifetime warranty.

Nice variety of spray patterns with comfortable handle
I’m not really happy with the replacement that was sent. It is not the same as my original purchase and is not same quality.

Very light weight. Received after a wand with a lifetime warranty broke after a year of use and company claimed they didn’t have an exact replacement. Also, this one for some reason doesn’t have the same warranty. Time will tell if it is made to last.

Only used twice so far, for garden, and car wash. Performed well.
I was looking for something durable as my previous garden hose wands from Orbit all got broken around the shutoff valve, after a year or so of use. Found this one claiming to be metal construction, last season after season. In particular, it appears to have a brass shutoff valve, exactly what I want. When it arrived, it turned out the shutoff valve is made of plastic, with just a brass looking coating. Think it will break quickly the same way.
