This is the best watering wand I've ever used, and unfortunately, they're very hard to find. Luckily I went to Orbit's website and could buy them there. Easy to turn the water off and on, and adjust, and the 9 patterns give you lots of options. LOVE IT!
I have been gardening for over 40 years, and I wish I had found these ratchet, head watering ones sooner! This 36-inch model is very sturdy, and the head rotates easily, (does not drip water down my arm!) and makes watering the garden and hanging baskets easier.
Nice shutoff control and new style head has useful new spray patterns.

Large handle is somewhat awkward and difficult to use. The previous one I had that was defective was much easier to use. But I appreciate the replacement just the same.
Thank you for sending my replacement.For now, I'm still getting used to the new style of the wand. It has a different style head than my previous wand which I really liked. Unfortunately, my previous wand was discontinued and the one that was sent was the closest in style.
Again, I do appreciate the lifetime warranty that is offered. I have purchased probably 5-6 different wands in the last 10 years from Orbit. I am only able to use the replacement warranty once per purchase but that is why I continue coming back for more.😄
I liked the one I got from Lowe’s better. Just wish when warranting one out you could get the one you actually bought.

Works great! The long handle makes it easier to reach hanging baskets, etc.! I like having all different spray patterns, too! Highly recommended!
It is very convenient to water with this wand, unfortunately, it leaks a little bit.
A little hard to handle on and off
The one that this one replaced was more solid better constructed more solid looking.

Very comfortable
Works fine,but several settings leak a bit.
It is very easy to use and works well
First, I appreciate that this is a warranty replacement item for my previous watering wand, so thank you for that. This one is nice, but I am concerned that all of the plastic will not hold up. Specifically, I am afraid the giant (although easy to use) control switch will break off. It sticks up and can easily catch on something. I also do not know if this wand has the same warranty as the last. I sure hope so.
This watering wand is a useful and convenient part of gardening tools. Easy to use, very useful to reach hanging pots and to get to difficult to reach plants in the plant beds. The spray options are also great.

I liked the turn-on feature in last year's model a bit better. I could hold the handle and work the turn-on feature at the same time with one handl.
Pretty nice product while watering the plants
Pros: I like the length and the water pressure is good.
Cons: I do not like the ratchet, I prefer a thumb wheel. I also do not like the head. It seems clunky.

Very useful to water my vegetable plants. I also use it in my flower beds. There is a gentle shower option.
Did not like the head on theses or the shut off being in up position when wand is turned off. I will have to purchase somthing i can use.
