First I have to commend Orbit for their Customer Service & Warranty Policy. I own a Orbit wand similar to this one which I’ve had for several years. I stopped working and had a lifetime warranty. I contacted Orbit and immediately issued an E gift card which I used to replace the defective one.
The new wand is made very well and is multi pattern. I expect to get many years of use from it just as I did the old one.

Wand is a replacement for one that began leaking. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Orbit would send a free replacement with no hassle. New wand has an improved trigger. Very pleased with the product and with Orbit.
Great customer service. Mine sprung a leak after a couple years and they replaced for free, including shipping!
Wand length allows one to water at base of plants without bending or splashing water onto leaves.
It sucks nowhere near what I originally purchased
