Recently the tripod needed to be replaced and the reason is that the legs freeze shut. This is the second time that this has happened to me. I have bought another and asked your company to replace the new one

Actually, we had an issue with the first sprinkler we purchased so Orbit was kind enough to send us a new one free of charge. This company stands behind their products!!!
