De-ocillating Oscillators

The first time I used it, it work just great. Then I change the location and started it up again, but after a couple of minutes it stopped oscillating.To get it started again, I would have to give it a nudge. It would swing down and come back up and stop again. This is the third one I got from you and all three did the same thing. I asked for a refund, but instead you sent another one. Just in case you asked, there is nothing wrong with the water pressure since all three worked the first time I put each to use.
