Complete Rip Off

Bought this item a couple of years ago. The description on the web page says 10 per bag. When ordering, the cart claimed 5 per bag but what I received was 2 per bag. No surprise that after shipping it turns out to be a lot more expensive than buying the item at your local hardware store. Imagine my surprise that after 2 years, I find that Orbit is still ripping people off.

Shame on them!
