Excellent Product, will continue to buy as the company lives up to its guarantee after even a few years of use. The valves are reliable and easy to install, and coupled with an automatic control system, my garden is always watered.
Rugged electrical valve. Mine are 20 years old, and 1 of the 3 valves just quit. Pretty good track record

Good overall utility valve for our greenhouse operation. Diaphragms are sensitive to any type of mineral buildup. Great customer service-hands down best customer service of all our vendors. Hope they read this.
Very easy to install. Good quality. No leaks because of o-ring at connections. Should a solenoid go bad, it’s very easy to swap out.

The valve is good but best was the customer service I received from Orbit.
Happy that orbit honored my warranty on the valves,I received ,the mfg. of these valves need to beef up the material that the solenoid screws into my 2 valves cracked in the area I sent a picture of . I have a total of 4 valves .

Great customer service and instruction. The Orbit Pro on the phone guided me thru resetting the existing Orbit valve to see if it was mal- functioning THEN, she guided me thru manual, timed and automatically timed operation. Thnx again Orbit!

L-Series in line valves came in quick. They look different than the previous model but should work just like the earlier model

I ordered the wrong size unit (3/4 v. 1") but I removed the top portion and replaced it and it's working fine. Unfortunately, I have another one that is malfunctioning and was told to order a L-series/adapter but that isn't exactly what I would be replacing.

Good if you buy the right size. I ordered a 3/4” in-line when it should have been 1”. Now I have to buy fittings to correct the size. My fault though. Valves usually last a pretty long time 6 plus years.
Great products easy to install and better yet easier to replace if required.

Good product for value. A few developed pin-head size holes after 2 years, but Orbit honors warranty if you have your receipts.
