Terrible, misleading return policy and nasty customer service.
If there’s a remote chance you will need to return your purchase, DO NOT OPEN THE BOX or they will deny your return, despite their claims about easy returns.
Looks great, but seems to not flow as much water through as our previous hose. Also, the included nozzle leaks at the front with most of the settings.
