If I could have bought them in a store

If I could have bought them in a store, that would have been my first choice. But Home Depot where I go did not carry then, neither plastic or brass. And to have them arrive with 1 out of 3 damaged was not impressive. To top it off, the process to get a replacement for the damaged one was more arduous than applying for a passport. Simply ridiculous. I like the product but the business end is seriously lacking.
