I have installed it a very easy install at that. The only thing I would have liked to see would be a led light on the unit inside telling you the unit is on and working
I hooked it up and it doesn't work. Checked all the connections. Even had my son check it. Not sure what else to do.

After hours of trying to set it up and long call to support, it wouldn't work. After much more time trying to get our payment refunded, we Finally did. While support was considerate it was apparent the person troubleshooting was just following the "book" and didn't appear to either listen or to understand. The process was exhausting. A simple on-line return process PLEASE.

I never have to worry to turn off the water timer with the Wireless Rain and Freeze Sensor. It will turn off the water sprinkler when it gets to freezing temperature

Great product, been using one for about 15 years, a hail storm knocked out the sensor so it had to be replaced. It works perfectly, summer and winter.

This sensor has failed three times now. When it is working it is very inconsistent in that one time it reports rain and the next time it does not and then it fails to clear for days after. Several times I had to remove the batteries to get it to reset.
I will say the few times we have had freezing temps in Texas it has worked properly.
As noted, the rain sensor needs work!
