Orbit® Irrigation Products LLC., (hereinafter “Orbit®”) warrants to its customers that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product packaging (proof of purchase required). During the warranty period, Orbit®, will replace the part or parts found to be defective under reasonable use and service, as determined solely by Orbit®. Orbit® reserves the right to inspect the defective part before replacement. Liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of defective parts. This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including, but not limited to warranties for fitness, for use or merchantability. No agent or representative has authority to waive or alter this warranty in any way.

Can I share my warranty replacement discount code with others?
No. Warranty discount codes are issued for a specific customer and can only be used once. Codes are non-transferable. If we detect duplicate use of the same code, all duplicate orders will be cancelled and the codes will be deactivated. If you received a code in error or have questions, contact our support team.
How can I find my product number?
It’s always helpful to go ahead and use our Product Number Lookup and confirm you’ve got the right number. Orbit Product Numbers are usually five digits like 21004, sometimes appended by a letter, like 62061Z

How does the gift card/promo code process work?
If your warranty request is resolved via a gift card, promo code, or discount code, you will be able to use the code to purchase the same or similar product on the Orbit Store. For verification purposes, there could be a nominal charge (less than $1) to verify your identity. Enter the code in the promo code box on the cart page. Your code will only be valid for one transaction.
