Received as a warranty claim replacement. Hose is of good quality but not the same quality as the hose I purchased. The new hose is tough plastic and features the same connector ends as my previous hose. The connector ends were the reason for my warranty claim. We'll see how long they last for.

Very good quality,Very strong and Long lasting . I love this because it doesn’t kink, even if it did happen stop watering it open up quickly.Overall I like this hose after trying different brands.

I like the hose but I miss the light weight of the other hose that I had, which had a leak and couldn't be replaced. I must say that the service of replacing my Orbit hose was fast and the person (Kirfia) was a great person to deal with, thank you very much Kirfia and Orbit.

i like the hose but..... The hose is sturdy and good quality. But i would have preferred the colour to be diffrent. Black or dark brown. Yellow is not very good for a garden hose

This hose is great, however the end needs to be fastened better. My old one separated from the rendering it useless. Fortunately the warranty covered this.
I contacted Stanley Tools because I had an issue with my garden hose. I had no proof of purchase,, just a picture, yet The Orbit Customer Service gave me a complete replacement. No questions asked. This is way beyond what I expected of any Customer Service. Thank you Orbit Customer Service.

Not at all satisfied with this hose. It is difficult to manoeuvre and much more rigid than our previous hoses. Despite advertised as kink free it is not and needs to be stretched out to full operational length or it will twist in all manner of directions. We wish we had been offered one of the steel reinforced hoses that can handle the water pressure and are known to be light and maneuverable

Doesn’t kink!!Best hose ever!
This is a replacement hose. The first one blew up on me. I sure hope this one is much better. The first one didn't make 2 seasons so I wasn't impressed. Once I managed to get to the warranty people they did send a replacement quickly. Anna on the support team was extremely helpful to me. If not for her I would still be struggling to get help. I'm hoping for the best. I have the same hoses in other areas of my yard so I hope they live up to their name and reviews.
Customer service was impeccable and efficient. I can't say enough about that and how greatly appreciated it was. This all rubber hose replaced a jacketed 100ft that I had. It is a decent hose but I prefer the jacket, as it tends to kink less.

You guys sent me the wrong hose. You were supposed to replace my 75ft. Expandable hose but instead you sent me the polyfusion one. Now no one is responding to the error. Quite disappointing
