Was advised to make a warranty claim on the company’s Chat service. Was online with the chat guy for WELL over an hour - the rep texted a million questions (some twice) - before just disconnecting at 70 minutes. Wow! Then I found a phone number for the company and got service which took another 20-minutes, with the phone rep reviewing the chat thread. For a $40 Stanley garden house with an alleged “lifetime warranty.” Then went through the online delivery process. Don’t have the hose yet. Bad.
Sprung a leak after 5 uses. Took 2 weeks to get a replacement. Would not recommend.

It is the second one they seem to burst very easy.
