I had difficulty finding this particular sprinkler so I went right to the Orbit website

I had difficulty finding this particular sprinkler so I went right to the Orbit website. The company had exactly what I needed to replace the one that needed to be replaced. I bought extras to have on hand.

They work as described and as expected . Delivery time was adequit

Sprinklers not so great, but warranty is upheld

Had to submit pictures for proof of failure but the warranty was honored. Had to wait for sprinklers to arrive so it delayed the repair. But all in all im satisfied

I decided to give Orbit a try - big mistake. Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with my purchased of the Orbit 2" Pop-Up Spray Head Sprinkler. The adjustment screw on the stop doesn't change the flow of the spray. It turns but doesn't make a difference. I purchased multiple heads, and the results are the same. I reached out to Orbit customer service, and they haven't bother to respond. I'd stay clear of the Orbit brand. Waste of money!

Update: Orbit customer service reached out and they were quick with following up. They replacement the sprinklers with working heads. You don't see this level of customer service these days. I'm glad to see they stand behind their product and are willing to make things right. Thanks for your excellent service!
