I’ve tried calling technical support several times to get my orbit valve manifold system working to no avail. I also bought replacement diaphragms and put them in and that didn’t make any difference. Very disappointed in the technical expertise provided by orbit, it seems like no one there really understands how to address my valves continuing to remain open at all times.

The online store was the only place I could find the proper diaphragms for some older automated valves in my sprinkler system. I don’t want to have to replace the valve manifold so I loaded up on what I needed to avoid updating to newer style valves and diaphragms.

The new diaphragms fixed the leak problem. Spring has sprung in south east AZ, so I turned on the water, after setting idle all winter long, and everyone of the nine valves leaked. This had never happened before, but I assume that after 5 years in operation, everything eventually breaks? I replaced every diaphragm and we are back in operation. All nine valves open and close as programmed. Thanks to Orbit for the instruction videos and all the videos I found on YouTube. The work was not difficult, and the videos showed me what to do, step by step. Now, it is time to plant my flowers and enjoy their beautiful blooms, all summer and fall.

After receiving and installing the replacement diaphragms, my sprinkler system is back online!
If I had a complaint about anything, it was the slow initial fulfillment of the order. Other than that, I’m very happy it all worked out.

The church sprinkler system has not worked for a year. Did some diagnosing and found the diaphragms in the control valves were worn and leaking. Ordered new diaphragms and installed. The grass is getting greener on our side of the fence.

The parts are not the same as mine as I needed to use the old rubber diaphram with the tab on one side to seal the dripping leak. But finally it work by changing to the old seal.

Those new diaphragms did the job of the valves leaking water. Tough to find on your inline store. Now I can get back to watering my lawn.
