My first unit came and only worked about 30 minutes

My first unit came and only worked about 30 minutes, then stopped rotating. Called and spoke with tech support. They sent out a replacement head under warranty that worked perfectly. It's nice to know that there's still people and a company that stands behind their products.

Hadissues with sprinkler head and they immediately replaced.

I was sent the wrong size sprinkler head

I was sent the incorrect size sprinkler head so I bought the correct size fittings to make it fit and then it wouldn’t work. Services dept is trying very hard to correct the issues. Because of their service I ordered a second sprinkler like the first one. When it arrived it didn’t work either but orbit is still working on my behalf to make right.
