As you can see by my order, I ordered the professional 3/8 misting system. I ordered 3 extensions to do my patio. For some reason, my fault or your fault, I was shipped the professional misting system with the extensions from your 1/4 inch basic system. No matter what was ordered, a simple email or phone call would have solved the problem. To add insult to injury, your customer service supervisor was rude and totally unhelpful. She told me she would get back to me regarding a refund for the 3 basic units I had and had no need for. She informed me that she would have to talk to her team to get this resolved. If she was a true supervisor, she could and should have mad the desision immediately. I'm still waiting for it.
