I think the hoses are great.
Light weight
We love the hose itself and it functioned perfectly...until it didn't. We have had two of these in a row and they both sprung a small leak along the seam after a summer's consistent use. We re-ordered under warranty and we're hoping the third, otherwise we're going to need to reluctantly move on.

I have had a number of these over the years, and a few have failed. They now have a new distributor, hopefully this new one will work out better. The company exchange of the defective hose was fantastic; I can't recommend that highly enough.
Nice looking, but when it is being used it starts pulling because it's retracting like I have shut off the faucet.
I received this hose, that only has 5 yrs warranty, as a replacement for a Craftsman hose that had a "Limited Lifetime warranty"

Great hose
One of favorite expandable hoses
We started out with one expansion hose for our garden and went back for two more to install front and back of the house, as well. We’ve been so pleased with the usefulness. And, all three store beautifully in a small snap case for winter storage after drained and folded. We recommend this high quality hose for function and usefulness.

The pressure of water is not good. Other hose pipe has better pressure than this pipe.,

It’s a hose, looks like one and works like ine
well made hose.
It works as expected but mine ruptured after only six uses over a two-year period. I submitted a warranty claim and received a replacement promptly. Hopefully it lasts a little longer than the first.
I have issue with this product in the pass
Just started using it, hoping it lasts a couple of years. So far, no problem with it
In only 3 days of use a pop noise strike in my ears and water splashed everywhere, when I told the rep that I was anxiously waiting for this and I hardly used this hose I then requested the rep that they should replace my 50ft with 100ft as a inconvenience to the customer but Orbit deny the request. I am thinking should I keep the product or ask for refund.

The hose works perfectly. It blew out after a few weeks, but the warranty covered the replacement cost.
