I was disappointed that my original Orbit system didn't last but a few months. I was also disappointed that you wouldn't let me upgrade it to the Bluetooth one at the same price Lowes was offering. Which was $30-40 less than you wanted. If you had offered me $60 more plus the $70 credit I would have done it.
I hope this one will give me years of good service like your competitor gave me.
So far this replacement is working fine. And was easy to install. Although, we are in our rainy season here in south Florida. So, will have to see how it will handle the dry season.
Quick replacement for a 20 year old orbit controller
I received to the most professional and friendly service when I called the 800 number when I had a problem with my Orbit 12 zone control device. The representative solved my problem quickly and efficiently and to my surprise in the best of the best ways. Thank you ORBIT ~ I just became a loyal customer for life!!!
The Orbit controller is grrr8. Easy to use settings for automatic water cycles plus manual settings for ad hoc watering. I like have the 3 programs so I can have multiple waterings in a single day. By the way, the Orbit customer service folks are outstanding.

Easy to set up and operate. Having the power supply located inside the enclosure.makes installation much easier.
This was my third controller from Orbit to irrigate my mains powered back garden sprinklers. The first one became old and I replaced it. However, this second one had a huge problem as the select buttons refused to work reliably .... probably only 5% of the time. Very frustrating. I used Orbit's online chat system to explain my problem and a replacement [third unit] was shipped to me under warranty. Very good experience.
Simple easy instructions easy to install
I previously replaced my 4 station controller with a 6 station controller, which had to be replaced. I have had programming issues with both 6 station controllers

Easy to install. Quick set up guide is straight forward. For more detailed instructions concerning setting up multiple programs with multiple zones, their online owners manual was very helpful!
