2 came in a box with no packing. Leg was broken. I called & you are replacing it .I just set the 2nd one up & it doesn't hold pressure & leaks bad between the mount & the head. I haven't called back yet to get this one replaced.

I have had two of these before and I like the concept of them and the versatility of the head, but they break down fairly quickly--both the head and the tripod.

Sketchy packaging, missing items, h2o 6 gear doesn't work and leaks. Customer service was a pain but eventually agreed to replacing sprinkler head.

great sprinklers easy to operate
Works as displayed, but leaks right out od the box.Zero instructions came with it. Lots of options but you have to figure it our on your own or watch a you tube video.

Great product, great price, great service
Great coverage and easy set up!
I ordered 3 and one of the three sprinkler heads was off the stand . It would not tighten up and would blow off when I would turn the water off.
I emailed Orbit and and explained masked for them to send me another one and a shipping label. The asked for a video of the the problem and sent them a video , they replied that couldn’t open it could I send it in another format . I mean really, they will be able to see it is defective when they receive it . why should customers have to jump thru hopes to return an item that is clearly defective . We shall see what happen

So far it works well enough. A bit less distance for the range than expected. But it works.
Two of two have failed, in less than a year. Both had plastic break from rotting in the sun.

What I thought I’d get in this sprinkler was one that could not only deliver a variety of water patterns but allow me to have the water flow out straight or downward. What I received is a sprinkler that allows some diffusion but no directionality. The water shoots out and up. I want the water at the base of my plantings, not just on top of them. I guess it is back to hand watering for now.

Excellent product and price. Great service. This was a replacement for another sprinkler that didn't work out. Orbit gladly replaced it with this one. Will definitely use orbit products again.
This is my second orbit sprinkler system, and it does a great job of watering my garden! Love the sprinkler/spray head option as well as the spray area option. My garden is next to our garage and it’s important that the (well) water doesn’t get sprayed on the siding. I would have given this 5 stars, however occasionally the sprinkler head gets ‘hung up’ and does not rotate all the way.

Sprinkler works great, easy to adjust. Doesn't lay down the H2O like a rain bird. Very happy with the purchase.
So far, so good. I like the 360 sprinkler head and have used them in the past and orbit stands Behind These and will replace if it goes bad. The previous tripods I have had in the past ended up with broken legs and myself I am hopeful this one will last a long time
