Looks like a Work of Art - Exudes Quality Workmanship

This Splitter is heads above any 'normal' splitter found in most hardware stores. Valves are smooth and easy to adjust, even with water pressure of 70 psi. Having two handles connected to each valve is the most obvious reason, although I feel the ball valve quality is probably superior, as well. Seems to be a lifetime device!

New replacement NOT OK. Missing parts.

Ok, I just received my third Orbit 2-way shut-off connector. First one failed . Called Orbit and got a new replacement. That one only lasted a very short time and water shot out of the side valve. Just received a replacement for the previous one and this new one is missing the round black cover that goes into the side of the valve handle. Please send another replacement. Thank you. New unit continuously drips water when in the completely closed position on one side of the valve

New unit continuously drips water when in the completely closed position on one side of the valve. Other valve closes without leaking. Made sure leaky valve side was completely unobstructed and clean but still leaks.I did notice a small scratch on the ball valve on the keaking side which is probably causing it to leak when closed. Tried some plumbers grease but same results. Unable to continue using the new item due to it being defective.
