This was a replacement from one we had purchased 3 years ago and was leaking. It has a 6 yr. warranty and they were so good about just having me text them a copy of the original receipt of the hose Y and they promptly sent me another one.

I am please with this Hose Y. Specifically it has large control **** that allow easier turning than the traditional size ****. All the other features are also good, but it is the **** size that makes it special. Thanks you for this product as a reasonable cost.

I bought 3 Orbit water faucet splitters and over a few months of use all 3 began leaking. After contacting Orbit they shipped me 3 new ones under the warranty.

They are Okay, I do like the larger valve handles, but honestly they are not worth the money. I have had several and after about a year they start leaking around the shut off valve. There is not serviceable part here so you either throw them away (what a waste) or make sure they are leak water where you want them to. I do not recommend putting them directly on the faucet on the house-- NOT good to have that much water dripping next to your foundation. Use a short hose extension and place it away from the house.-- Trust me on this, I didn't realize it started leaking and had quite a bit of water in a window well. Could have been a real problem. I now buy the cheap plastic ones- At least when they start leaking I am only out a couple of buck instead of the 10 or so for these pieces of junk.
Never received product. Tried four times to get it snd finely company refunded the money
One of the shutoff valves leaked. Called and had it replaced at no cost, quick and easy.
Doesn't last a year without leaking.

We water all our garden with timers. The need to have multiple hoses is vital. Good product.
